Bookings may be made by telephone on 01568 780 266 or e-mail ashleymoorfarm@btconnect.com. We can then answer all your questions and queries.
Weekly Bookings:
We take bookings from Friday to Friday throughout the year. Arrive Friday after 4.00 p.m. leave Friday before 10.30 a.m.
Short Stay Bookings:
Short stay between Monday to Friday for 4 nights (arrive Monday after 4.00 p.m. leave Friday before 10.30 a.m.) or Friday to Monday for 3 nights (arrive Friday after 4.00 p.m., leave Monday before 10.30 a.m.)
Christmas and New Year Bookings:
Christmas bookings will be for seven nights this year (2011) will be available from Friday 23 December to Friday 30 December. New Year bookings will also be for seven nights and available from Friday December to Friday 6 January 2011. In both cases arrive Friday after 3 pm and leave Friday before 10.30 am.
How to Book:
If the accommodation is available for the period you have requested we ask you to make payments by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Ashley Moor Holiday Cottages. All payments must be in pounds sterling.

Payment:
For bookings more than 8 weeks before your arrival date please pay a deposit of £100. The balance of the cost plus a surety payment of £100 will then be due 8 weeks before your holiday. For bookings less than 8 weeks before the date of arrival, the total amount plus a surety payment of £100 must be paid in full.
Surety:
A £100 good housekeeping surety payment against any damages must be paid with the balance. Following an inspection after your departure, this will be refunded within one week, by cheque.
